Do you guarantee your end of lease carpet cleaning?
Yes. We know exactly what Perth property managers look for. If your real estate agent is unsatisfied with the carpet cleaning portion of your handover, simply let us know within 72 hours, and we will return to rectify the specific issue completely free of charge. Please note however, if there are permanent areas of discoloration, age-affected, or damaged, and beyond our control, we will not be able to rectify even with a second clean.
When should I schedule the carpet cleaning?
Carpet cleaning should always be the very last thing done before you hand the keys back. Please schedule us after all furniture has been moved out and the general cleaners (or yourself) have finished washing walls, dusting, and wiping down benches.
Do you do the required flea treatments for pets?
We provide the intensive hair removal and deep odour neutralization that is required before a flea treatment can be applied. You will then have a licensed pest controller apply the final flea treatment to the freshly cleaned carpets to satisfy the legal requirements of your lease agreement.
Do you use steam cleaning or dry cleaning?
We use Hot Water Extraction (commonly referred to as steam cleaning). It is widely considered the gold standard in the industry because it physically flushes and extracts dirt from deep within the carpet pile, whereas “dry cleaning” often just buffs the top layer. Often this will be the method required by your end-of-lease agreement.
