Premium Chemistry
We pre-treat high-traffic areas with safe, advanced solutions to break down stubborn, oily soils before the cleaning even begins.
Don’t just wash the surface. Extract years of embedded dirt, allergens, and stubborn stains with our advanced hot-water extraction process.

Because we use high-end, commercial-grade extraction equipment, we recover up to 95% of the moisture we put down. Depending on the weather, airflow, carpet thickness, level of soiling, and carpet age/condition, your carpets will typically be dry to the touch within 4 to 8 hours, athough overnight drying times can also be common due to these other factors. During drying time you can still use your carpet as normal. Leaving windows slightly open and turning on ceiling fans will speed this up significantly.
We carry advanced stain-removal chemistry and have nearly 30 years of experience, meaning we can remove the vast majority of spots. However, some substances (like bleach, certain dyes, or old pet urine) can permanently alter or strip the carpet’s color. We will always give you a completely honest, transparent assessment of a stain before we begin.
Carpet manufacturers generally recommend professional hot-water extraction every 12 to 18 months to maintain the warranty and lifespan of the fibers. We recommend every 12 months. If you have indoor pets, suffer from allergies, or have a busy household, we recommend cleaning them every 6 to 12 months.
We are happy to move light, easily maneuverable items like coffee tables, dining chairs, wheeled beds, and small side tables. We can even move most lighter sofas and armchairs. For safety and liability reasons, we do not move heavy items such as large beds, loaded bookshelves, or heavy entertainment units. We will meticulously clean right up to and around the edges of these heavy items.
Items that we move and place back on the carpet will be tabbed under the wooden/metal feet. Some items we move off the carpet can only be placed back the next day.
Yes. We invest in premium, industry-leading cleaning chemistry. Our solutions are incredibly effective on dirt and oils, but completely safe for your family and pets once the cleaning process is complete.
We use Hot Water Extraction (commonly referred to as steam cleaning). It is widely considered the gold standard in the industry because it physically flushes and extracts dirt from deep within the carpet pile, whereas “dry cleaning” often just buffs the top layer.
