Absolutely. We are fully insured and police-cleared for your complete peace of mind. As owner-operators, we treat your home with the utmost respect and accountability.

You do not need to stay for the entire duration of the clean. We simply recommend that someone is present at the beginning of the appointment to let us in, do a quick walkthrough, and point out any specific areas of concern.

Of course if you can’t be there to let us in but have access instructions, we can also accomodate.

Drying times vary, however thanks to our high-suction truck mount and our dedicated ‘dry pass’ technique, most carpet will dry within twelve hours – some in as little as two, some overnight. Drying times depend on weather, indoor air circulation and ventilation, as well as the type of carpet, its age and condition. Leaving ceiling fans on or windows slightly open will speed this up further.

We are happy to move light, easily maneuverable items like coffee tables, dining chairs, wheeled beds, and small side tables. We can even move most lighter sofas and armchairs. For safety and liability reasons, we do not move heavy items such as large beds, loaded bookshelves, or heavy entertainment units. We will meticulously clean right up to and around the edges of these heavy items.

Items that we move and place back on the carpet will be tabbed under the wooden/metal feet. Some items we move off the carpet can only be placed back the next day.

Yes. We invest in premium, industry-leading cleaning chemistry. Our solutions are incredibly effective on dirt and oils, but completely safe for your family and pets once the cleaning process is complete.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (via our mobile EFTPOS terminal), as well as cash. Payment is required upon completion of the job, and we will instantly provide you with a professional tax invoice.
